Masonic Charities in Washington, DC

Contribution to the welfare of our brothers, their families, and the larger community has been a basic value of the Craft since its inception. The Grand Lodge of the District of Columbia, its constituent lodges, and members of the Craft, throughout Washington, DC, contribute time and money to several charitable and community organizations.

In recent years, we have contributed to:

• Educational scholarships for high school and college students in the District of Columbia;
• Masonic and Eastern Star Home;
• George Washington Masonic Memorial;
• District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS)
• Activities in support of United States servicemen, at home and overseas; and
• Susan G. Komen for the Cure, breast cancer research foundation.
