    New Membership Questionnaire

Please take a moment to fill out the following short questionnaire that will help us suggest a Lodge (or two) for you to begin you Masonic journey in.

Hint: make sure to hover over the question marks next to each question. They will give you additional information or instructions on how to answer each question.

When you are finished, click "Submit" button at the bottom and we will review your entries and make our suggestions. Thank you again for your interest in D.C. Freemasonry.
Type your current age in years.
In order to persure membership in Freemasonry, you MUST profess a belief in God - your religion or particular faith is irrelevant.
If you answer "Yes" to this question, it does not immediately disqualify you from membership; however, it is very important you are honest in this answer.
Be sure to include where they are a member, if it is not in DC.
    Check any/all that apply.

This question asks you about the MOST IMPORTANT aspect of your desired Masonic experience. NOTE: every Lodge has all of these aspects, but to differing degrees. Your answer here will help us pick the Lodge that balances these aspects as close your answer as possible.

Some Lodges meet more often that others. Depending on the time commitment you are willing to give, one Lodge might be a better fit than others.
You are more likely to regularly participate in a Lodge that is easily accessible to you.
